Lesson 1: Be genuinely interested in others. One of the best ways to become a people magnet is to show genuine interest in other people. People love to talk about themselves and their passions, and they appreciate when someone listens to them attentively and asks relevant questions. By being curious and empathetic, you can make people feel valued and important, and they will want to spend more time with you.

Smiling signals that you are friendly, confident, and happy, and it can also improve your mood and health. Smiling can also make other people feel good, as it triggers a positive feedback loop in the brain.
