Why Companies Hire Experience, Not Appearance In today’s competitive job market, one truth stands firm: a company never hires you for how you look; it hires you for what you know and what you can do. Many young professionals mistakenly believe that being stylish, handsome, or charming will secure them a role. But the reality is different. Employers invest in experience, discipline, and proven ability because these directly impact business outcomes.   Take for example a pharmaceutical company hiring a sales manager. If two candidates apply — one with sharp looks but no track record, and another with five years of successful client management — the company will choose the latter. Why? Because experience reduces risk. A candidate who has already faced challenges, solved problems, and delivered results is far more valuable than someone who only “looks the part.”   Another example is in IT. आज कल कई ऐसे खबर सोशल मीडिया पर देखने को मिल रही है की ये कंपनी ने १५० लोगो को बर्खास्त किया , ये कंपनी ने डिवीज़न बंद किया, कई कंपनी ने तो लॉक डाउन पीरियड में १०-30% ही सैलरी दिया... ऐसे कई न्यूज़ रोज सुनाने को मिल रही है।

ये वही फार्मा कंपनी के लोग है खुद के मार्किट में शेयर वैल्यू बढ़ाने के लिए भर्ती करते रहते है... कुछ लोग PCPM  का हवाला देकर निकाल रहे है।  अगर देखा जाये तो कोरोना विषाणु के पहले भी उनका PCPM उतना ही था , सिर्फ कॉस्ट कटाई के लिए इनको बहाना मिल गया है। और लोगो को निकाल रहे है।   कुदरत का कहर कुछ ऐसा है की कोरोना विषाणु ,हंफान चक्रवात और निसर्ग चक्रवात इनका कहर शुरू है !
इस मुश्किल के दौर में कितने लोगो का नौकरी गयी ,ये बेचारे आज ऐसी हालत में फसे है की आगे ३-५ महीने शायद ही कोई रेक्विरमेंट लगाने वाली है।  इस लिए एक कहावत है

  DON'T LOVE TO THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN COMPANY WILL STOP LOVING TO YOU!
इस लिए आप अपने काम से काम रखे , कोई इमोशनल नहीं, हमेशा खुद की सोचो... क्यों की कंपनी हमेशा खुद की सोचती है , जब उनको आपकी जरुरत होती है तो बहुत प्यार, इमोशनल से आपसे काम निकाल लेते है, लेकिन जब थोड़ा सा भी कुछ उप्पेर निचे हुआ तो कोई  इमोशनल नहीं, केवल प्रोफेशनल।
तो फिर आप क्यों नहीं प्रोफेशनल बनाते?

Nowadays, many such news are being seen on social media that this company sacked 150 people, this company closed the division, some companies gave 10-30% salary in the lock-down period ... many such news every day I am getting to hear it.

These are the people of the same pharma company, they keep recruiting to increase the share value in their own market… Some people are withdrawing by citing PCPM. If seen, even before the coronavirus, their PCPM was the same, only they have got an excuse for cost-cutting. And removing people. Nature's havoc is such that the coronavirus, cyclone, and natural cyclone have started their havoc!

How many people have lost their jobs during this difficult time, this poor fellow is in such a condition that hardly a requirement is required for 3–5 months ahead.
 There is a saying

 DON'T LOVE TO THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN COMPANY WILL STOP LOVING TO YOU!



That's why you keep your business, no emotional, always think of yourself ... why the company always thinks of itself, when they need you a lot of love, you get emotional out of work, but when little Even if something is down, no emotional, only professional.


Then why don't you become a professional?
