Why Companies Hire Experience, Not Appearance In today’s competitive job market, one truth stands firm: a company never hires you for how you look; it hires you for what you know and what you can do. Many young professionals mistakenly believe that being stylish, handsome, or charming will secure them a role. But the reality is different. Employers invest in experience, discipline, and proven ability because these directly impact business outcomes.   Take for example a pharmaceutical company hiring a sales manager. If two candidates apply — one with sharp looks but no track record, and another with five years of successful client management — the company will choose the latter. Why? Because experience reduces risk. A candidate who has already faced challenges, solved problems, and delivered results is far more valuable than someone who only “looks the part.”   Another example is in IT. आज कल सोशल मीडिया पर आने और छाए रहने के लिए हर कोई चाहता है, क्यू ना पुरुष,स्त्री,बच्चे और बूढ़े सभी लोग आज कल अपने आप को सोशल मीडिया पर देखना चाहते है।
आखिर क्यों ये लोग सोशल मीडिया का सहारा लेते है? क्यू घंटो घंटो मोबाइल से चिपके रहते है? क्यू ये लोग खुद को इतना बयास्त दिखाते है? कभी आपने सोचा है! 
ये लोग खुद को समाज में अकेला पन महाशुस करते है इसलिए इनको एक ही सहारा मिलता है और है सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट्स जैसे इंस्टाग्राम ,फेसबुक और WhatsApp।
ऐसे लोगो की दिमागी सोच होती है हर कोई उनसे बात करे, है कोई उन्हें प्यार करे, हर कोई उनकी बातो को उनकी भावनाओं को सुने और समझे। लेकिन आज किसी को इतना समय नहीं है की उनकी या उनका कोई सुने ,इसलिए ये लोग सोशल मीडिया का सहारा लेते है और खुद का कैरियर और जिंदगी बर्बाद कर लेते है।
आज भाग दौड़ की जिंदगी में लोग इतने व्यस्त है की पतीज पत्नी और खुद के बच्चे में संवाद नही हो पाता, पति का दुख पत्नी को सुनने का समय नहीं है, तो पत्नी का दर्द पति को सुनने का समय नहीं है। आज उनके बच्चे बड़े हो रहे है लेकिन उनके स्कूल , कॉलेज का क्या प्रॉब्लम है इतना भी सुनने का समय नहीं है फिर वही बच्चे सोशल मीडिया का सहारा लेते है और गलत संगत में आ जाते है।
आज अगर इन सबका कारण एक ही है और वो है संवाद की कमी। आज कोई खुद का एगो में रहता है और न जाने कोनसा और किस बात का एगो या एटीट्यूड लोग दिखाते है! जब घर के सदस्य सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट पर जाकर और गलत कदम उठाते है तब उनके परिवार को पछतावा होता है और उस समय कहते है क्या कमी थी तुझे जो ये आज तूने ऐसा काम किया!
