Why Companies Hire Experience, Not Appearance In today’s competitive job market, one truth stands firm: a company never hires you for how you look; it hires you for what you know and what you can do. Many young professionals mistakenly believe that being stylish, handsome, or charming will secure them a role. But the reality is different. Employers invest in experience, discipline, and proven ability because these directly impact business outcomes.   Take for example a pharmaceutical company hiring a sales manager. If two candidates apply — one with sharp looks but no track record, and another with five years of successful client management — the company will choose the latter. Why? Because experience reduces risk.                              १५ अगस्त के बाद फार्मा के अच्छे दिन आयेंगे

 भारत सरकार ने भी वैक्सीन बनाने वाली कंपनी को जल्दी से जल्दी वैक्सीन का ट्रायल और १५ अगस्त तक बाजार में  लाने को कहा है! और शायद उस दिन ( १५ अगस्त ) आजादी के दिन देश में  कोरोना का वैक्सीन मिल जायेगा, तब जाकर लोग अपने घरो से बहार निकल पाएंगे ? क्यों की आज अनलॉक २ शुरू है फिर  भी लोग ट्रेवलिंग से बच रहे है, ज्यादातर लोग घरो में ही सुरक्षित है...


१) आज देश में ९९% लोग मास्क का इस्तेमाल कर रहे है।
 २) लोग बहार का खाना नहीं खा रहे है..!
३) लोग पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट में सफर नहीं कर रहे है !
४) लोग स्वच्छ और दुरी बनाकर रह रहे है...

ऐसे में फ़िलहाल मरीजो की संख्या  कम  है डॉ के पास... ,और जिन डॉ के  पास मरीज है वो कॉल नहीं दे रहे है तो बेचारे फार्मा कंपनी के मेडिकल रिप्रेजेन्टेटिव और मैनेजर जाये तो कहा जाए !
अब तो फार्मा वाले जब तक वैक्सीन नहीं आ जाती तब तक इनका सेल्स ऐसा ही रहेगा और सेल्स प्रेसर बना रहेगा।
अब तो इंतजार सिर्फ वैक्सीन का ही  है ,की कब मार्किट में वैक्सीन  आए और बाजार पूरी तरह से ओपन ( खुल ) जाए।

जिसके प्रति मन में सम्मान होता है जिसकी डांट में भी एक अद्भुत ज्ञान होता है, जन्म देता है कई महान शख्सियतों को, ... हैप्पी गुरु पूर्णिमा

In such a situation, the number of patients is less than Dr… and those who have patients are not giving the call, then what to do go  the medical representative and manager of the pharma company.
Now until the pharma vaccine comes, their sales will remain the same and the sales pressure will remain.

Now the wait is only for the vaccine to come to the market and the market should be fully opened.
