Regular sex ensures that you are less prone to heart diseases including heart attacks. But either way, not much is known about the negative effects on the human body that may result from not having regular sex.

While there are many health benefits of having regular sex, lack of sex can also lead to various health problems. We've all heard about sex being great for burning calories, uplifting your mood, working wonders for your skin and hair, etc.
