As important as menstruation is in the life of any woman, the condition of menopause is equally important. Menopause is the condition when the process of menstrual cycle stops in a woman. This is the last phase of the menstrual cycle. Generally, the period of stopping of menstrual cycle of a woman comes during the age of 45-50 years. If their menstruation stops and there is no menstrual cycle for 12 months, then it is believed that they have entered the menopause stage.

In some women, symptoms of pre-menopause start appearing after the age of 40 years. By recognizing the early symptoms of menopause, it can be understood that the menstrual cycle may stop. But every woman's menopause period is different. There should be complete information about the symptoms, stages and treatment of menopause.

Stages of menopause.

There are three phases of cessation of the menstrual cycle – first, perimenopause, second – menopause and third – postmenopause. Three to five years before the onset of menopause, a condition of perimenopause is formed in a woman's body. This condition can last up to 10 years and after that enters the stage of menopause. After this comes the stage of post menopause. Most women do not understand the difference between menopause and perimenopause.

Symptoms of menopause.

2. There can be change in vagina

3. Sweats profusely at night.

4.There can be a problem of sleep.

5. There can be emotional changes.

6. Irregularities are seen in the menstrual cycle, such as early periods or excessive bleeding.

7. More physical discomfort and pain may increase during menstruation.

8. Along with fatigue and weakness, there may be pain and stiffness in the joints and bones.

Treatment for the condition of menopause.

Some things should be given special attention to deal with the physical and mental troubles that occur when entering the phase of menopause.

1.After the age of 40 years, along with getting complete information about menopause from the doctor, a complete health checkup should be done.

2. Healthy lifestyle should be adopted and oily spicy food, caffeine, smoking, alcohol and depression should be avoided.

3. There can be a problem of hot flashes in the condition of menopause. In such a situation, along with a healthy diet, regular practice of exercise and yoga keeps you healthy.

4. Due to this condition, there is an imbalance of hormones in the body. In such a situation, you can talk to the doctor for some hormone prescription. However, do not consume them with your mind. Take the medicine only after consulting the doctor.
