PPROM in Pregnancy: Can Nutraceuticals Help Protect Mothers and Babies? Pregnancy is a delicate journey, and every stage brings unique challenges. One of the most serious complications is PPROM (Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes) — a condition where the amniotic sac breaks before 37 weeks of gestation. This sac holds the amniotic fluid that cushions and protects the baby. When it ruptures too early, the fluid leaks, exposing both mother and child to risks such as infection, premature labor, and neonatal complications.   🌼 What is PPROM? PPROM occurs in about 3% of pregnancies and is responsible for nearly 30–40% of preterm births. The exact cause is often unclear, but risk factors include infections, previous preterm deliveries, smoking, poor nutrition, and cervical or uterine abnormalities. कुछ अटपटा सा सवाल है ना ?  क्या  पति खुद की पत्नी के लिए चूड़ी ला सकता है। ..?  तो इसका जवाब है हा , लेकिन बहुत  ही कम प्रतिशत पति होते है जो अपनी पत्नी के लिए चूड़ी लाते  है। 
आज के मॉडर्न दौर/ नौकरी /ऑफिस  की में काम करने वाली  महिलाये बहुत ही काम चूड़ी पहनती है ,ज्यादातर घर में रहने वाली कामकाजी महिला प्रतिदिन  चूड़ी पहनती है. और ग्रामीण भागो में १००% महिलाये चूड़ी पहनती ही  है. शहर की  महिलाए  ज्यादातर पारम्परिक  कार्यक्रम /उत्सव में   ही चुडिया  पहनती है. चूड़ी यह  हमारे  देश की संस्कृति है। 
चूड़ी महिलाओ  का श्रृंगार  है।  आज ज्यादातर पति  अपनी पत्नी के लिए  चूड़ी खरीदने में संकोच महसूस  करते है  ! और सच पूछो  तो पुरुष/ पति को अपनी पत्नी के चूड़ी का साइज का ज्ञान नहीं होता और कई बार ऐसा होता है की पति ने  ख़रीदे हुए चूड़ी पत्नी को पसंद नहीं आती , इसलिए पति  पत्नी के लिए चूड़ी खरीदना अनदेखा करता है । 

जब पति पत्नी बाजार में साथ जाते है तब पत्नी चूड़ी खरीदती है और पति सिर्फ पैसे  देने का ही काम करता है. उस समय भी पत्नी लाख बार  पूछे  की कौन से  रंग की  चूड़ी लू,  तो पति का जवाब  होता है की आपको जो पसंद आए  वह ले लौ । . लेकिन यही चीज जब  कोइ दूसरी महिला पूछ ले तो वह आदमी ढेर सारे जवाब देने लगता है। हा लेकिन  शादी के पहले जब लड़का कुंवारा रहता है तब  उस समय वह जरूर  चूड़ी खरीद कर ला सकता है। अगर उसकी गर्लफ्रेंड  मांगे तो वह उसके लिए ला सकता है।  आज कल पति अपनी पत्नी  के लिए ऑनलाइन चुडिया खरीदना ज्यादा पसंद करते है।
