Women all over the world have to face stress. But if we talk about the most stress, then Indian women are the most victims of it. According to a study by global research firm Nielsen, Indian women face the most stress in the world. In the survey, 87 percent of Indian women said they are stressed most of the time, while 82 percent said they do not get time to relax.Indian Women

Indian women cited their multiple roles simultaneously as the reason for the high stress. For instance, they have to play multiple roles like wife, mother and employee. After India, women of Mexico and Russia face maximum stress. The survey was conducted between February and April involving 6,500 women from 21 developed and developing countries.Women's Health
