It should not happen that due to lack of complete information about sex life or due to hesitation, you commit sex mistakes.

So let us tell you some such things related to sex education and sex life.

1. Peeing after sex

If women do not urinate after going to the washroom after sex, then it is wrong. Yes, you may start feeling very lazy after sex and do not want to leave the bed. But after sex one should urinate. By doing this, you can remove all those bacteria and germs that can enter your body. You can also reduce the risk of UTI by passing urine after sex.

2. Using wet wipes to clean the vulva

If you also do this, then end this habit immediately. It is very important to clean the vagina after sex, but not in this way. The vulva is very delicate and sensitive, so cleaning it with a wet wipe can cause itching or burning.

3. Using soap to clean the vulva

You have to leave another way to clean the vagina, that way is to clean the vagina with soap. The vulva has natural lubrication, which helps keep the vulva moist. If you are cleaning the vulva with soap then it can eliminate this moisturiser. So don't do this.

4. Sleeping in clothes

It can be completely agreed that some people feel tired after intercourse. In such a situation, one just wants to sleep, in such a situation, after intercourse, people wear it again and go to sleep. But clothes should not be worn after sex, rather it is right to sleep without clothes. This is because the body sweats a lot after sexual intercourse and when the sweaty body comes in contact with the clothes, the risk of infection can increase. And if you do not want to sleep without clothes, then wear very light clothes like loose pajamas etc.

5. Shower after sex

It is okay to take a shower after sex, but it is not okay to sit in a tub of hot water after that. After having sex, the light vulva of women opens. In such a situation, sitting in a tub of hot water can invite infection.
